Data we process

• Business enquiries: name, company, email, phone, country or location, requested service, expected start and message content.
• Job enquiries: name, contact details, profession, experience, language skills and message content.
• The hosting provider may process technical data necessary to deliver the website in standard server logs.

Purpose and legal basis

Business and recruitment forms transfer data through an encrypted connection to the website server and then send it to office@euroworkers.eu. The data is used to handle an enquiry, communicate, prepare a quotation or take steps before entering into a contract.

Retention

Email communication is kept only for the time necessary to handle the enquiry or recruitment process, meet legal obligations and protect legitimate legal claims. Unsuccessful applications are not retained longer than reasonably necessary for recruitment unless the candidate explicitly requests longer consideration.

Recipients and transfers

Hosting, email and IT providers may process data to the extent necessary for operation and communication. We do not provide personal data to third parties for their marketing. The TechniCAD link leads to an independent website with its own privacy rules.

Requests can be sent to office@euroworkers.eu. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.

This version of the website does not use analytics, advertising or marketing cookies and does not load external tracking scripts.

Settings can be reopened at any time from the footer. If analytics, advertising systems, external video or maps are added later, they must remain blocked until valid consent and this notice must be updated.

Legal notice

Website content is for information only. Sending an email or enquiry does not create a contract, order or binding quotation. Scope, price, deadlines, responsibilities and commercial terms are defined by a separate quotation or contract.

References show selected work. Client names, exact locations and sensitive technical information may be omitted due to contractual confidentiality. Photos and text may not be reused without permission from EuroWorkers, s.r.o. or the relevant rights holder.

The company aims to keep information accurate, but technical capabilities, workforce availability and project conditions may change. Only information confirmed in a written quotation or contract is binding.
